Country House Wedding Venues has raised funds by way of a private equity fundraising

The management team of Country House Wedding Venues has completed a fundraising to roll out additional owned wedding venues.

Country House Wedding Venues, incorporated in 2003, is a wedding venue sourcing service with a collection of privately owned wedding venues including barns, city venues, marquees, castles and country houses.

Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, acted as lead advisor in this transaction introducing Albion Ventures as an investor, and worked alongside the company to complete this fundraising.
