Sparkol Limited has been acquired by CEO Zoe Taylor from the management team

Zoe Taylor, CEO of Sparkol Limited, has acquired the company from its management team in an MBO transaction.

Sparkol is the creator of the whiteboard animation software. Founded in 2008, Sparkol is based near Bristol, UK, and employs over 20 people. Its products are used in over 160 countries and include VideoScribe, an award-winning whiteboard animation software, and the newly launched StoryPix, which quickly transforms simple photos into detailed explainer presentations.

Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, advised on this management buy-out.
