Solantis has been acquired by Anywr
The private shareholders of Solantis have sold the company to Anywr.
Solantis is the leader in recruitment for IT and digital functions in France and the only company that really masters the dual approach of RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) and headhunting. As a true pioneer in RPO, Solantis has developed its activity and is recognized for its know-how, having carried out over 100 projects. Solantis’ employees recruit several dozen profiles on behalf of their clients, over several months (project mode, fixed price missions). For the headhunting division, Solantis targets middle and top management hunts (profiles from US$55k–+400k). Thanks to its unique methodology and tools, Solantis has built up a base of more than 150 loyal clients (key accounts and tech companies). The company’s success rate is higher than 95%.
Anywr (formerly Cooptalis) is a leader in international recruitment and professional mobility. With offices in 16 countries and 750 employees worldwide, the group achieved a turnover of over US$50 million in 2021. Anywr offers three complete HR solutions: recruitment and headhunting in France and abroad for expert, middle and top management profiles, in particularly complex sectors such as IT, pharma, medical and industry; mobility solutions, via full support for employees in their professional mobility process; and training, which includes management, relocation, employability, communication, interculturality, IT and languages.
Oaklins’ team in France led a competitive process in which it acted as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor to support Solantis’ shareholders in their choice of the best partner between PE funds and industrials to pursue its growth.
