The private shareholders of Trimega Laboratories Limited have sold the company to Ingemino Testing Solutions (Ingeminio). Financial details have not been disclosed.
Trimega Laboratories Limited provides technical testing for the use and abuse of drugs and alcohol.
Ingemino provides laboratory-based biological testing solutions. The company was founded in 2010 and is based in York, UK.
Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, assisted the board and shareholders in planning and executing a sale of the entire issued share capital of the company.
