Tom Egan

Associate

Tom is an associate at Oaklins Evelyn Partners, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. Working out of the London office, his role includes tasks such as the preparation of sales materials and pitch documents, undertaking financial modeling and analysis, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process.

Prior to joining the Oaklins team, Tom qualified as a chartered accountant in 2021 before joining the M&A team at Quantuma, a specialist mid-market advisor, where he worked for two years. During his time at Quantuma, Tom worked on both sell-side engagements and buy-side due diligence engagements, gaining exposure to transactions in a wide range of sectors, including insurance, mining, healthcare, electronics and logistics, with typical deal values ranging from US$5 million to US$50 million. Tom graduated from the University of Leeds with honors in economics.
