Carolina Coquim

Associate

Carolina is an associate at Oaklins Evelyn Partners, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. She is responsible for developing and implementing a variety of business development and marketing-related initiatives in addition to supporting active transactions through market research, valuation analysis and other materials for existing and potential clients during the M&A process. Transactions she has been involved in include the sale of Permali Gloucester to Diamorph; the sale of JOST’s UK hydraulics subsidiary Edbro to Endless Enact; and the sale of Westminster Homecare to Care at Home Services.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2017, Carolina worked at Sardison Financial Solutions, a business consultancy, where she supported a wide variety of early-staged companies. Before this, she worked in a number of creative roles in animation studios, assisting with video production, animation and motion design aspects. Carolina has a Diploma in Creative Media Production & Technology from the University of Arts of London and a BA from Middlesex University, with honors in animation.
