Collins Capital Desarrollo SCR-PYME SA (Collins Capital) has acquired Grúas Javier from its founding partners for an undisclosed consideration.

Collins Capital is a Spanish private equity fund focused on investment in SMEs.

Grúas Javier s a leading company in the Spanish roadside assistance sector, operating mainly in the northern area of Tenerife, Canary Islands.

Oaklins' team in Spain advised the buyer in this transaction. The team identified the investment opportunity after a wide-ranging industry search and advised on all aspects of the negotiation and execution of the transaction.
