Collins Capital Desarrollo SCR-PYME SA (Collins Capital) has sold The Energy House Group, S.L. to A-DOS Energía for an undisclosed consideration.

The Energy House Group is an energy company focused on providing specialized consulting and outsourcing services across energy fields such as power, gas, renewables and energy efficiency.

Part of Grupo Audax, A-DOS Energía engages in the commercialization of energy to final customers in the Spanish market.

Collins Capital is a Barcelona-based private equity fund focused on investment in small and medium-sized enterprises.

Oaklins' team in Spain advised the seller on the design, negotiation and execution of this transaction.
