The shareholders of Herramientas Jurídicas, S.L. have sold the company to pfsGROUP. With this acquisition pfsGROUP gains access to a complementary client base to further cross-sell its products.

pfsGROUP is a consulting and software developing company focused on debt management and collection, legal and insurance areas. The group provides services to financial entities and funds, insurance companies and law firms, among others. It employs over 500 people across five offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Almería and Ciudad Real.

Based in Spain, Herramientas Jurídicas develops software for the legal industry. The firm offers its LexTools solution to more than 5,000 clients.

Oaklins’ team in Spain acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the buyer in this transaction.
