Janis Software has been acquired by Lucens Capital
The founders of Janis Software have sold part of their stake in the company to Lucens Capital.
Janis Software is a top fulfillment SaaS company in LATAM, focused on smart management of multiple sales channel order flow, streaming and digitizing all operational processes. It combines the strength of order, warehouse and transport management systems, merging them into a smart distributed order management system that allows customers to find a solution to all their supply chain and fulfillment needs.
Lucens Capital is a private equity firm founded to capitalize on value and growth opportunities in the small- and mid-market space, with a particular focus on Latin America.
