Orava Residential REIT plc has completed an IPO on on the main market of Nasdaq OMX Helsinki and raised US$27 million.
Orava Residential is a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in Finland.
Oaklins’ team in Finland acted as the financial advisor in the IPO of Orava Residential. This was the first IPO on the main market of Nasdaq OMX Helsinki since 2007. Orava’s shares started trading on the exchange on 14th of October 2013.
