Gian Marco is an associate at Oaklins Italy and a member of the diversified industries team. He supports clients in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, valuation documents and sales materials. He has been involved in a number of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, with a focus on the automotive, energy, transportation & logistics and TMT sectors.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Gian Marco was an M&A analyst at CDI Global Italy. He graduated from Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2022 with an MSc in Banking & Finance.
