Tom Nicholls

Associate

Tom is an associate at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips in New York. He is a member of the transaction support team which facilitates technology and media-focused M&A transactions through financial analysis, market research, buyer list origination, valuations, pitch design and the completion of client documentation.

Prior to joining the firm, Tom worked at Henslow, Oaklins’ Australian member firm in Melbourne. He has a combination of investment banking and equity research experience, including supporting IPOs and capital raises on the equity capital markets team, as well as covering publicly listed TMT companies. Tom is a former professional athlete, having had a 10-year career in the AFL (Australian Football League) playing for the Gold Coast Suns. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University.
