Sébastien is a partner at Oaklins E. Canada with over 25 years’ experience in transactional services. From private, commercial and corporate financing to mergers and acquisitions, he has extensive experience in assisting strategic financial investors and entrepreneurs with their growth and value creation strategies, and is known for his leadership, efficiency and ability to bring complex transactions to a successful conclusion. Sébastien’s key areas of expertise are in distribution, pharmaceuticals, retail and transportation as well as real estate. Over the course of his career, he has established a wide network of diverse contacts, enabling him to find the most suitable partner for clients.

Recognized for his business acumen and development skills, Sébastien has held a number of strategic positions in various financial and investment organizations as well as with major banks, such as the Business Development Bank of Canada, the Royal Bank and Fiera Capital. In addition to his role as general manager, he has held several vice-presidential positions. A passionate entrepreneur, he has been a general manager and shareholder of a Canadian distribution company for the past few years, and sits on the boards of various organizations. Sébastien has a BAA in Finance from Université du Québec à Montréal and a financial planning designation.
