IPSIDE has been acquired by EDRIP and the management team

The founding shareholders of IPSIDE have sold the company to EDRIP, a private equity firm, and the management team for an undisclosed consideration.

IPSIDE advises clients on intellectual property (patents, trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names) both in France and abroad. The company also assists clients to develop their technical and legal strategies for the strategic operations of their inventions. The capital raise will finance external growth and will help expand the business abroad, particularly in China and the USA.

Oaklins' team in France generated sizable investor demand through an accelerated book-build offering with high quality French investors and bankers.
