SEFIN HOLDING has sold Capital Consulting to Gfi Informatique.
Capital Consulting is a leading management consulting firm based in Morocco and covering the African Francophone region. The firm has registered strong growth rates during the last 20 years and has become the partner of choice of major Moroccan and African organizations in the banking, insurance, industry and government sectors. Capital Consulting employs 50 consultants and has accomplished over 500 transactions in 15 African countries.
Gfi Informatique is a leading European digital and IT service company. Since 2011, the group has experienced exceptional growth, double than that of the market, driven by numerous acquisitions as well as organic growth. The company achieved revenues of circa US$1.6 billion in 2018 and employs 19,000 professionals in 21 countries. It has developed a full range of high added value IT services and digital solutions, including smart-cities, factory 4.0, omnicommerce, digital banking and cybersecurity.
