The management of Groupe OPEN Nederland has acquired the company from French-listed Groupe Open SA.

Groupe OPEN Nederland, a subsidiary of the French-listed Groupe Open SA, is an IT service provider offering secondment of IT professionals as well as consultancy, managed services and IT infrastructure solutions.

Groupe OPEN Nederland is the reliable IT partner of a large number of companies in the Netherlands. The firm offers a wide range of services such as cloud solutions, system engineering, system management, remote management and onsite support.

Groupe Open SA is a French IT service provider that designs, produces and installs interactive IT systems. The company is active in consulting, application engineering and infrastructure services.
