Be-Cloud has sold a minority share to B & Capital

Be-Cloud has completed a primary LBO with B & Capital.

Be-Cloud is a value-added reseller of Microsoft cloud solutions in France. It provides Microsoft licenses and services to small and medium businesses across the country. In addition, it also offers tailored services (marketing, lead generation, support, training, setup and project deployment), enabling resellers and Microsoft to capitalize on new market opportunities and outperform their peers. Thanks to the power of the Be-Cloud packs, source of up-sell and cross-sell, Be-Cloud received the 2017 Partner of the Year award from Microsoft and was finalist for the same prize in 2021. Despite its relatively small size, Be-Cloud was granted a cloud service provider (CSP) wholesaler status one and a half years ago. Historically focused on distributing licenses directly to organizations, Be-Cloud then replicated its successful formula as a wholesaler. Today, the company runs a network of approximately 110 partners across France and Belgium.

B & Capital partners with promising SME managers and helps them unlock the potential for the next stage of growth and transformation. The firm specifically pulls on three different levers to meet their goals: add-on acquisitions, globalization and digitalization. The fund RB Capital France 1 has received US$245 million in commitments.

Oaklins’ team in France acted as the exclusive financial advisor to lead the primary LBO of Be-Cloud, structuring the debt and equity of the transaction.
