doValue has finalized a rights issue
doValue has successfully completed a rights issue. The capital increase was implemented to finance doValue’s acquisition of Gardant.

Oaklins Italy’s parent company, Banca Akros, acted as the joint global coordinator and joint bookrunner in doValue’s rights issue.
