Webedia SAS, an online women's press publisher, has acquired a 57% stake in Groupe Confidentielles / 750 Grammes. Financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.

Groupe Confidentielles / 750 Grammes was founded in 2004. The company is a recipe website and holds a key position in the French market.

With this acquisition, Fimalac's subsidary Webedia has taken a big step in the league tables related to online media thanks to the addition of 8 million monthly visitors to the on 750 Grammes (www.confidentielles.com) site.
