Secret de Polichinelle has been acquired by Primavista SAS

The owner of Secret de Polichinelle, the French leader of web born announcement, has sold the company to Primavista SAS for an undisclosed consideration.

Primavista SAS operates as a holding company with interests in photography services. It specializes in taking photographs in maternity hospitals and in schools.

Primavista SAS, backed by Activa Capital, continues its expansion trough acquisitions. Both companies had worked together in the past. Secret de Polichinelle had used Primavista's direct marketing facilities to send their brochures.

Oaklins' team in France acted as financial advisor to the seller in this transaction.
