Emma Jávorka

Emma is an associate at WOOD & Co., Oaklins’ member firm in Slovakia. She has experience in buy-side and sell-side advisory across the real estate, healthcare and energy sectors. She is involved in transaction execution, financial analysis and strategic advisory, supporting clients through all stages of the M&A process.

Prior to joining WOOD & Co.’s investment banking team in 2023, Emma gained over five years of experience in commercial real estate M&A and financing as well as venture capital investment and strategic advisory, mostly in technology, fintech and healthcare. She has a master’s degree in economics and management from the University of St Andrews.
