Associate

César is an associate at Oaklins France with over five years’ experience in the investment banking industry. He advises clients on both sell-side and buy-side mandates in a variety of sectors. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the acquisition of Forward Global by Bridgepoint, the sale of Groupe Cailleau to ICA Patrimoine, the acquisition of 12 healthcare assets by Primonial and the refinancing of the private equity-owned group Nanotera.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, César spent three years at Clearwater International. Before that, he worked at Cambon Partners and Bryan, Garnier & Co. He has a master’s degree in management from emlyon business school.
