Antoine is an associate at Oaklins France. As a member of its buy-and-build team, he exclusively supports clients in external growth operations, assisting them throughout the entire build-up strategy process, from the definition of acquisition strategies to the execution of transactions. He has actively managed acquisitions in the education sector, the silver economy and the broader industrial sector.
 
Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, Antoine worked at Wanda Corporate Finance. He also gained experience at several prominent firms, such as Rochefort & Associés and Neuflize OBC Corporate Finance. Antoine has a master’s in corporate finance from emlyon business school.
