EC Electronics has raised new debt facilities
EC Electronics Ltd. has raised funds from Shawbrook Bank to finance the acquisition of Liad Electronics Breda B.V. The debt facilities also include follow-on capital for future acquisitions as EC Electronics continues its search for complimentary electronics manufacturing businesses.
Headquartered in the UK, EC Electronics Group is a global provider of electronics manufacturing services. The group has four facilities across the UK, Netherlands and Romania, which provide key manufacturing and supply services. From electronic design and product realization through to PCB assembly, cable assembly, overmoulding services and electronics box build, the group provides a complete electronics manufacturing solution.
Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, advised Rockpool Investments and its portfolio company EC Electronics Ltd. in raising new debt facilities from Shawbrook Bank to finance the acquisition of Liad Electronics Breda B.V.
