Prashant is a senior associate at Oaklins Evelyn Partners, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. Supporting shareholders throughout the M&A process, Prashant has experience across several sectors, particularly in healthcare, technology and business services. He has developed a robust network with private equity firms and has forged strong connections in the UK’s lower- to mid-market.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Prashant worked at Cavendish, a mid-market investment bank, and at Smith Square Partners, an SME advisor. During his time there, he participated in numerous sell-side and buy-side mandates as well as fundraising efforts. He also worked at IQVIA, a global company operating in the health information technology and clinical research industries, where he dedicated five years to the corporate finance team, engaging with clients across the EMEA region.
