Domusa Group continues its strategy of external growth and strengthens its dual positioning in OEM and MRO with the acquisition of Equip'Aero Group.
With its dual expertise in the design/manufacture (OEM) and maintenance (MRO) of electronic and mechanical equipment for the civil and military markets, Domusa Group provides global support for embedded equipment to leading aerospace and defense prime contractors in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Equip'Aero is a recognized leading provider of OEM products and MRO services for the aerospace industry, with 30 years of experience. The company has expertise and offering in high-tech products and services dedicated to aircraft engine equipment, developed over the years for Airbus and Boeing, as well as regional and business jets (ATR, Bombardier, Embraer, Fokker, Dassault Aviation).
Oaklins’ team in France served as the exclusive financial advisor to Domusa Group through the acquisition process.
