Keter Group has acquired Evolutif, Ltd

Keter Group has acquired 100% of the shares of Evolutif, Ltd., a France based subsidiary of the Spanish Kettal Group, for an undisclosed consideration.

Keter Group is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of plastic consumer products, and a global trendsetter in the do-it-yourself (DIY), household and garden products markets. With 29 plants in Israel, Europe and the USA, the group manufactures a wide range of product lines that are sold in over 90 countries worldwide.

Evolutif, Ltd was acquired by the Spanish Kettal Group in 2002. With 40 years of experience in the plastic injection molding, the company now offers two specific activities: large plastic injection parts and powder of all kinds of parts.

Kettal Group designs and manufactures outdoor furnishings for home and commercial use.
