AYANDA CAPITAL has added a new investor to its shareholding
A new investor, Thierry Jacobs, has joined AYANDA CAPITAL S.L.’s shareholding with a minority stake.
AYANDA CAPITAL, operating under the commercial name of Grupo Trocadero, is a restaurant group with ten beach club restaurants located in Marbella, Malaga, Cadiz and Madrid.
Thierry Jacobs is a partner at Sunset Hospitality Group, a holding company based in the Middle East with a portfolio of numerous luxury restaurants in Dubai, Qatar, the Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Iraq. It has also extended its presence into Asia, operating luxury restaurants in Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand.
