Gruppo Florence has acquired Taccetti S.r.l.

Gruppo Florence is a one-stop production platform serving the high-end fashion industry. Over the past two years, it has acquired 12 luxury fashion production companies in Italy. The group is backed by investors with immense experience in the luxury industry.

The Taccetti group, a family business founded in 1954 and based in Montelupo Fiorentino in Tuscany, Italy, is active in the production of formal luxury footwear for women. With 270 employees and a production of 2,000 pairs of shoes per day, the company expects a turnover of approximately US$56 in 2022.

As a result of the acquisition, the Taccetti family will buy a small stake in Gruppo Florence and will continue to manage the Taccetti group.
