It is owned by the Caltagirone Group, which is one of Italy’s leading private industrial conglomerates. The group operates in several key sectors, including cement production, infrastructure, publishing, real estate and finance.
Headquartered in Rome, Italy, Vianini S.p.A. engages in real estate development activities, specializing in managing residential properties. It also provides financial services and operates renewable energy plants. The listed company was founded in 1892 as a road tile producer. Since then, it has expanded into public works producing concrete pipes, electric poles and railway sleepers. Recently, it has shifted its focus to the real estate sector in response to the growing housing demand in major cities.
