Charlotte Delphis

Associate Director

Charlotte is an associate director at Oaklins France. With more than seven years’ experience in financial advisory and M&A, she has particular expertise in the agriculture/agtech, food/foodtech and consumer healthcare sectors. Notable deals she has advised on include the sales of Vitibot to SAME Deutz-Fahr, Qilibri to SP2L Group, Innoxa to Biosynex Group, Stardea to EA Pharma Group and Phytogenese Laboratories to Inostrale Group as well as Natimpact’s acquisition of Base Organic Food. She has also advised on several fundraisings, including Naturopera’s capital increase with Turenne Group, Ecorobotix’s Series B round led by Aqton SE and UV Boosting’s Series A round led by Kubota Group.

Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Charlotte worked as an M&A analyst at Kepler Cheuvreux Switzerland and Neuflize OBC, and as an equity research analyst in the energy sector at Natixis. She has a master’s in finance from TBS Business School.
