Pier Giorgio Fanti

Analyst

Pier Giorgio is an analyst at Oaklins Italy and a member of the FIG and asset management teams. He supports clients in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, valuation documents and sales materials. He has been involved in a number of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and supports ECM, S&SS and DCM colleagues in their origination activities.
 
Prior to joining Oaklins Italy in 2022, Pier Giorgio was an advisor at Bricofer Group S.p.A. and an associate accountant at a law firm. He graduated in 2015 from Università Roma Tre in Rome with an MSc in Administration and Corporate Governance. He completed his PhD in Corporate Governance and Management in 2019 and a second-level master’s degree in the management and organization of banking and insurance intermediaries in 2020.
