Kevin Corcoran

Associate

Kevin is an associate at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He has advised on a number of sell-side M&A engagements, typically focused on business services, industrials and consumer products. Recent transactions he has worked on include Set Solutions’ acquisition by Trace3 and Magnum Systems’ acquisition by 3 Rivers Capital.

Previously, Kevin was a senior analyst at Mirus Capital Advisors, where he was responsible for supporting sell-side M&A engagements in the consumer, industrial and technology industries. He graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a core focus in economics and a certificate in data analytics. Kevin also spent a semester studying in Barcelona.
