Mariacristina Lisi

Senior Researcher

Mariacristina is the head of research at Oaklins Italy. She joined the team in 2002, providing research assistance for pitches and mandated projects across several industries, with particular experience in food & beverage, consumer goods, technology, and industrial machinery & components. Mariacristina has supported the promoters and coordinated Oaklins Italy’s research resources for three SPACs: Industrial Stars of Italy SpA, which completed its business combination with LU-VE Group in 2015; Industrial Stars of Italy 2 SpA, which merged with SIT Group in February 2017; and Industrial Stars of Italy 3 SpA throughout the IPO, raising US$177 million, as well as the merger between the SPAC and SALCEF GROUP.

Mariacristina has a degree in economics from the University of Genova and attended postgraduate courses in corporate finance at Bocconi University, in people management at ESCP Europe Business School, in business valuation at IFAF – Scuola di Finanza and in corporate finance at Meliusform in Milan.
