The private shareholders of Tecnor have sold the company to RigNet, Inc. for an undisclosed consideration.
Tecnor is a leading provider of telecommunications solutions for remote sites on land, sea and air, including a wide array of equipment, voice and data services, satellite coverage and bandwidth options in Mexico.
RigNet, Inc. is a leading global provider of digital technology solutions serving remote locations, including energy facilities and maritime vessels. RigNet provides solutions ranging from fully-managed voice and data networks to more advanced applications that include video conferencing, crew welfare, asset monitoring and real-time data services. The company is based in Houston, Texas, and has operations around the globe.
