The shareholders of Servicios Telepro S.A. de C.V. have sold the company to pfsGROUP.
Telepro is a Mexican software company with more than 25 years of experience in the market. The company specializes in the development of products for the origination and management of credit and leasing portfolios. Telepro has built a portfolio of more than 70 clients throughout the years, including key players in the automotive and financing sectors, such as Nissan, Toyota and BBVA.
pfsGROUP is a consulting and software developing company focused on debt management and collection, legal and insurance areas. The group provides services to financial entities and funds, insurance companies and law firms, among others. pfsGROUP has concluded three previous M&A transactions, acquiring ABA, ASSISTO, Waavi and LEXTools. The group has more than 4,000 customers.
