Introduction

Oaklins' team in Denmark was engaged as financial advisor to Bovictus A/S, a seller of Zone Denmark. Zone Denmark, a leading Danish design brand in the bathroom and kitchen segments, has been sold to F&H of Scandinavia A/S, Scandinavia's largest brandhouse within Kitchen-Living-Dining.

About Zone Denmark

Zone, a leading Danish design brand in the bathroom and kitchen segment, has been sold to F&H of Scandinavia A/S, Scandinavia's largest brandhouse in Kitchen-Living-Dining. Oaklins was engaged as financial advisor to Bovictus A/S, a seller of Zone. Zone hereby follows the flow of Danish design brands that are changing owners, following a successful revitalization that has marked the brand internationally with great growth and more design prices. Zone will thus move on to a player who can invest the necessary in the brand's further development and continue the international growth journey. The divestment of Zone strengthens the Bovictus Group significantly financially, giving the Group the opportunity to focus on further developing its other brands, Villa Collection and KJ Collection.
