Unitek, an access control systems provider, has been sold to Vækst-Invest. Oaklins’ team in Denmark acted as the sell-side M&A advisor in this transaction. Founded in 1985, Unitek specialises in access control systems for banks, retail stores, residential buildings, hospitals, and various other locations.
