CAT Agencies, an agency specialised in home textile products, has been sold to 2-Connect. Oaklins’ team in Denmark acted as the sell-side M&A advisor in this transaction.

CAT Agencies was founded 50 years ago by Carl Ankerstjerne and has been owned and managed by Charlotte Ankerstjerne for the past 30 years. The company operates as an agency specialising in designing, developing and supplying high-quality and ESG-compliant home textile products.

CAT Agencies is built on long-term partnerships with both customers and suppliers, providing both a range of value-adding services and market leading competencies in product development and design, ESG-compliance and quality assurance.

The company is based in Roskilde, where employees handle product development, design, and sales, while products are sourced from suppliers in countries such as Pakistan, India, and China. Charlotte Ankerstjerne has successfully led CAT Agencies for the past three decades and is highly committed to the new partnership with 2-Connect.
