Raising financing for Mentha Capital for the acquisition of BlijWerkt and paraDIGMA group
Oaklins supports investor Mentha Capital in its acquisition of a majority stake in BlijWerkt and paraDIGMA group. The new business combination further strengthens its position in the Dutch occupational health and safety market through its other acquisition of De Arbodienst. The Oldenburgische Landesbank AG provides the senior acquisition facility and a revolving credit facility.
