Equip invests in ØkonomiBistand – prepares for further Nordic expansion
Equip becomes a majority shareholder in the ØkonomiBistand group, a Nordic provider of software, development, and consulting services to companies of all sizes.
ØkonomiBistand was founded by Nils Ole Fladhus in 1990 and has grown into a leading Nordic ERP, HR and CRM software and service provider. The company is the number one Visma partner in Norway with the highest customer satisfaction. The group has 2000 customers and 100 employees in Norway and Sweden, and total revenues of NOK 150 million last year.
The ERP market is growing rapidly due to cloud migration. ØkonomiBistand is a leader in this market with strong and profitable growth based on happy and loyal customers, an outstanding support model, as well as an attractive portfolio of own software and IP.
