Nova Consulting Group acquires Egde Consulting

Through the acquisition of Egde Consulting, NOVA significantly improves its foothold in the Norwegian market.

For 15 years, NOVA's philosophy has been to build and further develop employee-owned companies. Egde will continue to be a strong and independent company with its own culture and responsibility for business development. The ownership model will be expanded to give all employees the opportunity to take part in the long-term value creation as co-owners of the company.
