Joanna Stone Herman, Partner of Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips, was recently awarded Top U.S.A. Women Dealmaker by the Global M&A Network. The annual awards honor highly respected and prominent women dealmakers from the M&A and investing industries. Selection was based on professional accomplishments, expertise, transactional experience, and standing of the dealmaker among her clients, colleagues, peers, and the industry.
