Back in 2002, Jussi Autere and Jukka Kotovirta co-founded the corporate finance and strategic advisory boutique Gearshift Group to serve exclusively TMT clients both in the Nordics and globally. Since then the team helped numerous companies to accelerate their growth and build successful businesses. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in helping technology companies, entrepreneurs and private equity firms in buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, Jussi Autere has considerable expertise and competence in guiding clients through the next chapter of their business. In addition to mergers & acquisitions, his projects have covered growth strategy and post-transaction integration.

Jukka Kotovirta has worked for over 35 years in the TMT sector, in various managerial positions in sales, product management, strategy and M&A at companies such as Telia, Cisco Systems and F-Secure, before co-founding Gearshift Group. Having completed a large number of strategy assignments and M&A transactions for both growing and mature technology companies, Jukka brings a strategic edge to transactions.

Jyrki Laune, who started his career in M&A as a managing partner in Enabla in 2000, which was later merged with Gearshift Group, brings his hands-on approach and ample expertise to every transaction. As a trusted advisor for over 20 years, Jyrki has been helping technology companies, entrepreneurs and private equity firms in buy- and sell-side M&A transactions.
