The shareholders of Brookdale Treeland Nurseries (BTN) have sold a controlling stake to Rouge River Capital.

Founded in 2008, Rouge River Capital is a diversified investment holding company made up of over 20

operating businesses. These businesses span the trucking, manufacturing, dealership, real estate and leasing industries. Rouge River Capital partners with its management teams to drive sustained long-term value.
