CMI has sold Infostrada–Southfields to the management team
Consolidated Media Industries (CMI), a portfolio company of Bencis Capital Partners, has sold the full service sports and media company Infostrada Productions to its management, Arthur Zuijderwijk and Ernst Veldkamp. The company is rebranded as Southfields. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Based in the Netherlands, Infostrada Productions, recently rebranded as Southfields, is active in producing, distributing, publishing and monetizing sports video content across multiple platforms. Among others, Southfields’ partners consist of broadcasters and media publishers.

CMI develops technology for the creation, management, storage distribution and monetization of digital media and provide this technology to broadcasters, media companies and rights owners as a fully customizable managed service or through a product portfolio that offers best-of-breed solutions for specific functions or processes.
