Show Canada Inc. has acquired all the assets of Trekwerk B.V.
The shareholders of Trekwerk B.V. have sold all the company's assets to Show Canada Inc. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Show Canada operates worldwide participating in production of very complex grandiose events. Founded in 1999, the company has participated in more than 800 projects of various scale in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Trekwerk provides the technology for the ultimate stage experience. It has designed, built and installed over one hundred theater systems worldwide such as the National Theater in Oslo, the Barbican Theater in London, Stadsschouwburg in Amsterdam and the Berliner Festspiele in Berlin. Trekwerk prides itself on their custom-made TNM Motion Control Software and innovative products for theatrical rigging.
