Royal Dirkzwager has sold Dworek Vodka to Arcus AS.

Dworek Vodka is a clear and pure vodka distilled in Poland from Polish grain. It is the #1 most sold vodka brand in Norway and the #2 most sold vodka brand in Sweden.

Arcus AS is Norway's leading producer and supplier of wines and spirits. Its current brands include Vikingfjord Vodka, Linie Aquavit and Braastad Cognac.

Koninklijke Distilleerderij M. Dirkzwager B.V. (Royal Dirkzwager) is a family-owned company and the leading independent producer and distributor of wines and spirits in the Netherlands. Royal Dirkzwager owns a variety of well-known brands, including Floryn, Legner, Weduwe Joustra, Van Gogh and Tarpan. The company also owns Mitra, a chain of over 200 liquor specialty stores in the Netherlands.

Oaklins' team in the Netherlands acted as the M&A advisor on the transaction, in which Dworek was sold by the liquidator of Royal Dirkzwager and was acquired by Arcus AS. This deal is another example of the strength of Oaklins' teams in the Netherlands and Norway working together to provide the best possible M&A advice.
