Bencis Capital Partners has raised financing for the acquisition of Humares
Bencis Capital Partners, a renowned Dutch private equity firm, has raised financing from KBC Bank for the acquisition of Humares.
Bencis Capital Partners is an independent investment company based in the Netherlands and Brussels with experience in sectors such as industry and manufacturing; food and beverages; business and consumer services; healthcare; leisure; and wholesale and retail.
Humares is an international technical staffing specialist that offers workforce solutions, both blue and white collar, to various end-markets. The company operates through a mix of temporary staffing, secondment, subcontracting, and recruitment and selection solutions. Over the past few years, the company has experienced a strong growth, both organic and through acquisitions. The current Humares group consists of five specialized brands including Maintec, NOVA Engineering, Impact, Isoper Engineering Services and Primat Technical Professionals. Humares has more than 200 professionals and employs almost 1,800 specialists per year in temporary positions. The company operates offices in eight countries and is headquartered in Vlissingen, the Netherlands.
